V National Congress on Invasive Alien Species, IEE 2017

The congress, in which LIMNOPIRINEUS has participated as a co-organizing entity together with the Biological Invasions Specialist Group, the LIFE POTAMOFAUNA project team and the Consorci del Ter, has offered an open space for the exchange of experiences and knowledge and an opportunity for training of positive synergies among all those institutions and entities involved in the management of invasive alien species.
The congress has had a good reception in its 5th edition and one test is the high degree of participation with 32 oral communications and 43 posters (link to book summaries).
The participants, researchers, representatives of scientific and conservation organizations, professionals, technicians and managers of the environmental area administration, have elaborated in a consensual way a series of conclusions that can be seen in this link.
